Brianna Perez

Hello, my name is Brianna Perez, and I am one of Angelo Lamas’s loan partners. Apart from my love for mortgages and real estate, I am also a full-time student at UCF, currently working towards my bachelor’s in English.

Despite my analytical career choice, my hobbies tend to be more on the creative side, including but not limited to baking, cooking, going to the gym, running, reading, listening to music, binging TV shows, and of course, my personal favorite—eating and trying new foods! Some hobbies were obtained to cancel others out, such as being active to support my food lifestyle!

I am originally from Miami, Florida, but my father is originally from Cuba, and my mother is a first-generation Cuban born in Manhattan, New York. I am endlessly prideful of my Cuban heritage and love the rich culture we have on our beautiful island!

My ultimate goal is to help as many people as I can throughout their home-buying process. There is nothing I love more than helping families have a stable and secure home that they can call theirs.

My mother has been a mortgage loan officer for 30 years, so growing up, I was taught the importance of buying and not renting a home. I try to use this knowledge to uplift and educate our clients as well as create a safe and comfortable shoulder to lean on while undergoing such an important and nerve-wracking milestone in their life.
